Respirator cartridges – P2/P3 particulates – HEPA filter (pair)

This pair of P2/P3 particulate HEPA filter cartridges have been designed for use with Moldex half-mask and full facepiece respirators.

When used with the Moldex half-mask 7000/7800 facepiece, these respirator cartridges deliver P2 protection. When used with the Moldex 9000 full facepiece respirator, they deliver P3 protection.

The easy-to-mount bayonet style cartridge is simple to don and remove and the low-profile, angled position of the cartridges on both half-mask and full facepiece respirators ensure a wider field of vision.

P2/P3 particulate HEPA filter respirator cartridges protect from:

• Mechanically or thermally generated particulates – contaminants requiring a High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter. These substances include asbestos, lead, inorganic arsenic and cadmium. Also for use in environments where oil-based particulates are present.

Examples of applications include:

Asbestos removal, silica dust, bagging cellulose (paper dust), coal dust, concrete dust, construction, corn starch, cutting, drilling, floor sanding dust, foundry, glass wool, grinding, lead dust, manganese dust, metal fume, milling, mist particulate, mould remedial work, packhouse dust, pink bats, plaster of paris, poultry dander, sanding, sodium hydroxide (caustic soda), stone quarry, wood dust.

P2/P3 particulate HEPA filter cartridges are sold in packs of two (1x pair per pack).

Disposal

If the product is to be disposed of, it should be dismantled from the respirator and disposed of as solid waste. Please see local authority regulations for disposal advice and locations.
