This pair of A1 organic vapour respirator cartridges have been designed for use with Moldex half-mask and full facepiece respirators.

This pair of A1 organic vapour cartridges have been designed for use with Moldex half-mask and full facepiece respirators.

 

The organic vapour A1 Class 1 cartridge can be used alone, with P2 pre-filters, or with P2/P3 filter disks. These additional filter disks are available to further increase the protection delivered by the A1 organic vapour respirator cartridges.

 

The easy-to-mount bayonet style cartridge is simple to don and remove and the low-profile, angled position of the cartridges on both half-mask and full facepiece respirators ensure a wider field of vision.

 

A1 organic vapour respirator cartridges protect from:

  • A – gases and vapours from organic compounds with a boiling point above 65°C

 

Use with P2/P3 particulate filters against even more combinations of contaminants.

 

Examples of applications include:

Degreasing, forging, foundries, heat treating operations, paper making, rendering, rubber manufacturing, manufacture and use of adhesives, dry cleaning, pesticide manufacture and application, treatment of timber and wood products, manufacture and use of inks, printing, manufacture of cosmetic preparations, perfumes and pharmaceuticals, flour bleaching, agriculture, tobacco industry, mining, trucking, manufacture of roofing and asphalt products, petrochemical plants. .

 

A1 organic vapour cartridges are sold in packs of two (1x pair per pack).

 

Disposal

If the product is to be disposed of, it should be dismantled from the respirator and disposed of as solid waste. Please see local authority regulations for disposal advice and locations.
